You can get your sports physical on August 9, 2011 at 6:30pm at Dunes Family Health Care located at 620 Ranch Road. The cost is $30.00 on that night only. (It is $50.00 during clinic hours).
This year you will be required to have a physical before you can participate in camp and daily doubles. Call (541)271-2163 if you have any questions.

The Rotary Club of Reedsport is excited to announce this year's Coastal Douglas Has Talent!—talent show will be held on Saturday, November 12, 2011. Applications are available now. Anyone, from individuals and groups--youth and adults—who want to sing, dance, read, and otherwise entertain the community should obtain an application from K-Dune Radio Station, 136 N 7th (271-5386). Deadline to submit an application to participate is Friday, October 7th.
Coastal Douglas Has Talent! will be held on Saturday, November 12, 2011 at 6 p.m. Those participating in the show will be expected to audition on Thursday, October 20th, and participate in rehearsals on November 3rd and November 10th.
The Talent Show is a fundraising event for the Rotary Club of Reedsport and will support its community and service projects. The event will be held at the Pacific Auditorium, 2260 Longwood Drive, Reedsport, Oregon. Art Auction – donations of art being sought!
Calling all artists and owners of art who have pieces to sell. CDABA is seeking the donation of pieces of art to benefit its art events. CDABA sponsors a number of free art events within the community, such as its monthly First Friday . . .Art for Everyone events and its Annual Art Walk.
Art pieces of all types are welcome---both new or secondary. Artists and owners of art are encouraged to donate paintings, ceramics, wood crafts, and other mediums. The proceeds of the sale will support CDABA and its programs.
People who wish to donate pieces of art should contact Tamara Szalewski at the Mindpower Gallery (271-2485 / tamara@mindpowergallery.com) or Kathleen Miller (271-2101 / kkmiller@reedsportlaw.com).
Persons also interested in participating in the Art Auction on Friday, September 2nd, should inquiry about obtaining an art entry form to pre-register their pieces. Limit two pieces for artists.
