WHAT: How to Greet 2,200 Cyclists in September
WHEN: 5:30 TUESDAY  June 28th
WHERE: Reedsport Public Library

Cycle Oregon is coming!

Reedsport wants to give them a Grand Welcome, a rousing and a bit outstanding welcome.

There will be a meeting of those responsible for the WELCOME on TUESDAY, June 28th at 5:30pm at the Reedsport Library.  Cycle Oregon will be here in less than 80 days with 2,200 cyclists and additional participants.  We have some ideas, suggestions, and images to show them the great time.  We will have flags and balloons and bunting and music.

We need more ideas and are calling on the community to assist us.

While the cyclists are here for such a short time, we want to give them a taste and a touch of our unique Coastal Douglas

What they will see, feel, smell and enjoy while they are here depends on us.  (If we give them a good show, then they may come back to take advantage of the many offerings.)  For more information call Debbie McKinney (541-271-2146)
