Over fifty vendors, will take over part of Phillip Boe Park and offer hand made crafts and artwork.  The plein air artists will be sprinkled around the embankments and in the tents catching another image of a boat in dry dock or boats just bobbing on Dock "C".

Leapin Louie is back, this Lithuanian cowboy doing his lasso tricks, trying to ride his unicycle and will have shows at noon each day.
This year's Hero of Winchester Bay will be John Norris, who has been involved with the community for over 34 years, many with the Winchester Bay Rural Fire District.

September 4th is also the official start of the Crab Bounty Hunt so the first crab will be placed in the harbor so the search for the $1,000 prize will begin.  The winner or winners will be announced at an activity at the WB Community Center on October 1st.
