PRESS RELEASE FOR IMMEDIATE PUBLICATION  # 1 of 4
Re: Bedrock's 5th Annual Civil War Canned Food Challenge
Where: Bedrocks Reedsport & Winchester Bay
When: Nov. 18th through November 29th 2013.
Bedrocks Reedsport & Winchester Bay has "kicked off" their fifth annual "Civil War Canned Food Challenge" to benefit local food pantries that are currently struggling for donations. Between now and November 29th, donations of canned or non-perishable foods can be made at either location and placed in the boxes of your favorite football teams; Beavers or Ducks. For four years in a row, the Duck fan donors have brought in more canned food. In return for every item donated, Bedrocks will give donors a ticket that will go into a drawing for prizes such as Gift Certificates, "A Pizza a Month for a Year", College logo' d t- shirts, and hats. Last year's donations were split between the AARP food Bank and Project Blessing.

So much depends on how we look at things. The quality of our looking determines what we come to see." --John O'Donohue
