Please come to this free event and experience one of America's largest Character Development Programs that has transformed millions of lives worldwide. Rachel Scott was the first person killed at Columbine High School on April 20, 1999. Her acts of kindness and compassion along with her six diaries have become the foundation for one of the most life changing school programs in America.  We as a community have the opportunity to be a part of a chain reaction of kindness and compassion. Bring a family member, a friend, a neighbor, an employee - - -- All are welcome!

The Dunes Art Club is open to all and all are welcome to come and join us.  We are a social group who enjoy the creative process of painting in water colors, oil and mixed media.  We also have artists who work with clay, pen & ink and chalk.  We socialize and help each other, if help is wanted.  Whatever your medium, there is a place for you...   The open house will have art on display and refreshments will be provided.  Members will gladly answer your questions.  Come and see who we are and decide for yourself if you would like to be part of The Dunes Art Club in Reedsport, Oregon.

A quartet of jazz soloists will be highlighted in the Oregon Coast Chamber Orchestra (OCCO) Spring Pops concert series. The Reedsport concert is scheduled for Sunday, May, February 6, at 2 P.M. The concert will be held at the Pacific Auditorium, located on the campus of the Reedsport Community Charter Schools.
Tickets for this spring program are now available at the Reedsport branch of Umpqua Bank. They can be purchased during regular business hours at the bank's Information Desk through Friday, May, 4. Admission price is $10 per person. Tickets will also be on sale at the door one hour before concert time.
Among the talented jazz improvisers are John Polese, trumpet; Stuart Curtis, clarinet/saxes; Matt Keown, drums and Robin DeVour, keyboard.

New compositions by Charles Perkins and arrangements by Perkins, DeVour and John Monks are in this event which includes selections in the style of such Big Bands as those of Count Basie, Glen Miller, Harry James, Les Brown and Claude Thornhill.
